Most women find they increase about 1-2 cup sizes in bust size and 1-2 back sizes as well as an increase in weight around the hips and thighs(well, you can’t have it all). Our garments are experts in allowing for your changing shape and therefore you should order your pre-pregnancy size.

Bust - Take the measurement across the fullest part of the bust and across shoulder blades.
Hip - Stand with your feet together, measure at widest part (about 20cm) below the waistline.
Inside Leg - Measure from the top of the inside leg at the crotch to the required length. Petite Length 71 cm, Regular length 78 cm, Long length 84cm
How to read the size chart?
The left hand column usually shows the sizes available for ordering, for example, S, M, L, etc. The other columns to the right show the approximate equivalents based on your measurements and/or dress sizes.
What if I'm in between sizes?
If the size chart shows you're in between sizes, we recommend going with the larger size.
Underwear Measuring Guide
Good maternity underwear should be on top of your list.
Sizing Underwear
- Small 30-32
- Medium 34-36
- Large 38-40
To determine the underwear size you would take the normal bra size you wearing e.g. 34C (34 is under the bust area and C is the cup size) you would then purchase a maternity bra size medium if you were a 34D move to the next size. The undies you purchase the pregnancy pants size you wear, e.g. pants 32 then you purchase small briefs. Pre-pregnancy sizing items
The Maternity Band is sold at Pre – pregnancy sizes and Maternity Belts are sold to wear after your pregnancy but remember to purchase it at your Pre – pregnancy size and if you picked up more than 5kg in your pregnancy move to the next size.
