Returns Policy

The following represents Maternity Lane's Return Policy.

Exchanges

You can exchange your order at any time within 14 days of receipt. We accept exchanges to the same value if the goods are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached. Returns will attract a 10% administration fee unless otherwise agreed. We are unable to refund original postage and packaging or returns postage.

Email us at info@maternitylane.co.za informing us of your exchange requirements and of the expected date of receipt of original items.
Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. On exchanging goods on which you have received a discount, that discount will no longer apply if you fall below the discount threshold.
Exchange deliveries are charged at the standard delivery rate.
