Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail or sms. The manufacturer (Maternity Lane) will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The manufacturer will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the user’s chosen delivery address. The delivery costs relate to the weight of your order and the address to which you’d like your order delivered.

You will be given a personal quote once an order is placed but we have made sure there are a number of choices to suit your needs:

(1kg = approximately 3 garments in summer and 2 in winter)

Speed services - up to 1 kg - counter to counter - Overnight delivery , a special pre-paid bag, which comes with a tracking number, you collect from your local post office. The tracking number can be traced via the internet or telephonically. Very efficient and cost effective. The overnight bag, allowing maximum 1 kg. Speed services offer no liability cover with this option.

1 kg and over - Overnight delivery - a counter to counter service which comes with a tracking number. The tracking number can be traced via the internet or telephonically. Liability cover with this option.

Private Courier service, a door to door service,this option depends on where you are and the weight of your order. This option is generally a minimum cost of R85.00. Optional liability cover with this option. Liability cover is always 2% of the value of the order, we include the postage costs in the total.

Please note that overnight speed service is to major Centres only, in smaller towns the service could be 48 hours or longer.
